Indicados ao VMA 2020 da MTV

 A MTV divulgou a lista de indicados ao VMA 2020 nesta quinta-feira (30) no Twitter, o que causou um pouco de estranheza na rede, já que é a primeira grande premiação a utilizar as redes para anunciar os candidatos.

A expectativa dos fãs da música pop é gigante, afinal em 2020 tivemos diversos lançamentos na industria e se tem algo que os cantores pop sabem fazer bem, são seus vídeo-clipes.

Chama a atenção alguns nomes, não pelo numero de indicações, mas sim pela ausência de nomeações.

Selena Gomes e Katy Perry não aparecem nas principais categorias. O que é surpreendente já que criaram as categorias “Melhor Performance na Quarentena”, “Melhor Videoclipe Feito em Casa”, e NÃO indicaram a Katy Perry.

Os lideres de indicações são Lady Gaga e Ariana Grande cada uma com nove nomeações, seguidas por Billie Eilish e The Weeknd, cada um com 6 indicações.

A premiação acontece no dia 30 de agosto, no Barclays Center, em Nova York, e será transmitido ao vivo para todo o mundo.

Será que vai ter transmissão do “red carpet” direto da casa dos indicados?
